Enhancing buildings’ energy efficiency may have a real impact by trend-setting innovations and people enabled to improve their lifestyles. This sounds impossible just like walking on the surface of the sun. Our project achieves it by delivering an integrated, easy-to-install and innovative building energy enhancement system.

In the current century urban areas, neighborhoods and homes suffer from climate change’s far-reaching consequences. We offer a real solution to that.

Our approach is integrated and comprehensive, addressing building energy - electric, thermal and geothermal energy - efficiency issues systemically for maximum positive impact. Our approach is easy-to-install, for retrofit and new construction projects as well, satisfying contemporary engineering needs such as modularity and architectural needs of design and aesthetics. Our approach is radically innovative, introducing carbon positive intelligent climate products, comfort, home security and smart city features.

With our innovation system, we address both large-scale and harvesting energy generation connected to the HVAC through BEMS and IoT modules, so that homes can truly take a step forward. Our unique solar paver and siding products augment energy generation by solar surfaces, and energy efficiency by insulation. Natural carbon sequestration, permeability and sensor technology make these carbon positive, smart city climate products. Modular design enable easy application to any kind of building. Our smart sensor, controller in BEMS ensure that energy management happens in the most efficient way possible. 

All these will be tested and proven in different climates of our demonstration sites all over Europe as a result of diverse interdisciplinary academic and business efforts.
